My co-worker's brother in-law-Chuck works for this mechanic shop and he said that Chuck and his team only gives out quality work and excellent customer service. So I tried it and was very satisfied, they looked at my dad's 2004 Ford Explorer transmission issue to confirmed on the issue his been having with the reverse problem. Anyhow, they were on top of being on time with our appointment and honest in the details we needed to understand. He gave us several options for us to decide and did not pressure us to stay to fix. We respect his integrity and appreciated his honest diagnoses of the problem. We will definitely go back. We finally found an honest and trust worthy mechanic team.
