The best mechanic in the city, Matt is an honest expert.
I've been taking my vehicles to Matt at FDG for almost 10 years now and that's because he and his crew do amazing work, his assessments and prices are honest, and because he really takes are of the customers and our vehicles.
They turned what could have been a disaster of a trip into a minor inconvenience!
I was relieved to not have to deal with them, instead Matt took over communication with our insurance company after they provided an estimate for repairs.
I am a little bit of a nervous Nelly (to say the least) he never seemed to get annoyed with my questions.
They made sure to properly diagnose our car, gave us a fair estimate, and made sure everything looked good before giving us our car back.
I ran everything past my cousin that first time and he said "the price is fair and the work they're saying they'll have to do is on the up & up" - I've been taking my cars to Fulton-Desplaines ever since.
