It starts with a proper diagnosis and then he gives you real expectations about what it will take to resolve the issue or what course of action should be taken.
When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I had asked Jermaine if he remembered to do the oil change on my vehicle which I wasnt sure if I mentioned it to him or not and without skipping a beat he took my vehicle right back into the bay and changed the oil and had me out of there in about 20 minutes.
