New to the area, got my tires replaced here instead of the usual big chain that screws you over……they communicated well, and got it done quickly…..
It's hard to know who to trust with your cars, but we definitely trust Highland and feel like they've treated us fairly over the years.
From my personal experience it's a great place with great ppl, they took care of my issues fast and for a fair price, definitely worth visiting for automotive needs
Walmart does sell plug kits for tires cheap, however they are TEMPORARY plugs until you can get into a tire shop to have a PATCH/PLUG combo installed from INSIDE the tire and GLUED in place.

Excellent customer service.
From the little info I was able to strain out of Dave, If the desk woman would even let me talk to him; was that they only have one mechanic, they are understaffed(as of January 2022), and are really booked.
They maybe not able to beat the price of the big box store all the time but their customer service is incredible.
I got my tires looked at and fixed within an hour!
