Long story short, I took my car to another shop to get my brakes and rotors replaced. The tech wrecked my car due to negligence on his part. The shop owner filed a claim with their insurance. I took my car here for the repair of that damage (see photos). The extend of the damage (Undercarriage) can't be seen in these photos but it does provide some perspective. Josue from Hondurcar took care of me. Not only was his Customer Service Top Notch, by always communicating with me and the insurance company on a daily bases with updates but he also made sure the insurance extended my rental car whenever the repair time got pushed out. I received such great service here I called on Monday with an issue I was having with my vehicle and by Tuesday afternoon I had my vehicle back and operational.
There have been many times where I’m up a creek & they have always been wonderful in getting whatever I need fixed done in a timely manner.
Also the lobby had some interesting pieces of nostalgia and actual framed clippings of important events in our nation’s history.
