Jim's Auto Care gave me a price and time estimate, then beat both of them while accommodating my needs and maintaining excellent communication throughout the process. I wish more auto repair facilities had the same level of excellent customer service, and Jim's Auto will be at the top of my list next time my vehicle needs work. "
