It's a family business and everyone is really friendly with great customer service even over the phone. This place is the only place I've taken my car and not felt like I was getting screwed over. They are honest and upfront with their prices, prices that are SUPER reasonable by the way. I'm glad I found a good mechanic. I strayed ONCE to get an oil change and was pissed off that I did. From now on my car comes here…and that's it.

Shorty after her radiator repairs my car started to leak oil took it to Jim's and it was just a oil pressure sensor costing me way less money than I was imagining in my mind.
Jose is a man of Godly Character and he runs his business with the same standard customer to customer, no matter who you are.
Very friendly staff & decent pricing with fast service.
They REALLY know VW bugs and VW engines!
I had a problem and he fixed it lickety quick and at a reasonable rate.
Jose and the entire Jim's Auto team are the best classic VW shop around, knowledgeable and able to fix the tricky issues that come up when keeping an old car running strong.
Mr Jose (Sr) is your best choice if your German or British vehicle needs service or a stellar mechanic.
Totally excellent guy honest as heck give me a great deal I won't go anywhere else anymore except for Jim's auto repair
