It's a family business and everyone is really friendly with great customer service even over the phone. This place is the only place I've taken my car and not felt like I was getting screwed over. They are honest and upfront with their prices, prices that are SUPER reasonable by the way. I'm glad I found a good mechanic. I strayed ONCE to get an oil change and was pissed off that I did. From now on my car comes here…and that's it.

Above all else, Jose is very honest and before he does any work on your car; he will answer all questions you have regarding any repairs that need to be done on your car before he does the repairs.
Good place meet
I was lucky to find Jose at Jim's Auto Repair in Long Beach who had the expert knowledge to diagnose a faulty distributor which was causing my Westfalia to stall.
He fixed our 2001 VW Rialta (Eurovan) right away when the fan blades broke cutting the serpentine belt and damaging the radiator.
Must do while you're in cancun or nearby.
The service is great and their work is well done.

I came here for a second opinion and the mechanic here told me I didn't need all the extra work the previous mechanic told me I needed.
