Before each detail, we ask that clients please remove any personal belongings from the vehicle. This ensures that nothing goes missing or is damaged while we service your vehicle. Clients will be subject to filling out a pre-pick up/pre-detail inspection form. This form covers any damage that might be present inside or outside, either cosmetically or mechanically. Once a job is complete, another form will be filled out stating you are satisfied with the results of the detail. Anything personal found during the detail will be bagged up and the client will be notified. A 24-hour warranty period is allotted for clients to report anything that is not up to par quality-wise
