They also gave my car a test drive just to see how it was driving overrall and gave me their professional opinion on the state of my car (which is, as he quoted, "a mechanically-sound vehicle").
They not just listen to you, they understand your concerns and they will try everything possible to help you by fixing (or doing a regular maintenance) your car and give you peace of mind.
