Parate vehicles for different major issues they have changed my entire outlook on customer service, automotive repair, and competency. With regard to their customer service, when I arrived I felt immediately taken care of, there was no unnecessary waiting, there was no red tape, and everyone was on top of their game doing what they do best. I really got the feeling that they were there for me. ..not the paycheck. I'm not a mechanical engineer, car repair is not my thing; what I do know is women tend to get ripped off, and I'm a woman. At the dealership, I felt I had to take their word at face value; if they told me something was wrong I had to believe them.
