I can't remember the name of the driver, but he was amazing! Totally helped me out with a tow! He sent me pictures that the car was secure on his truck to deliver to the dealership. He then text message me photos of the car being dropped off at the dealership. Out of everything that I went through today, he was the only saving grace next to my parents who had to pick me up. I am thankful for that tow truck driver who helped me.

This is such an awesome company - so friendly and pleasant to work with, updated me the whole time they had my car, and worked quickly to get to my location.
Steve was so nice and very very accommodating and thorough!
He was able to come within an hour of calling - sent photos to confirm drop off and even smiled when he got out of the tow truck.
Was ahead of the estimated time frame and was quick on site.
Also I asked to bring me home after dropping my car to the auto service place....
I hope I do not need a tow again in the near future but if I do this is the company that I am going to use hands down.
He couldn't help us but he gave us the number of someone that could.
He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and I had complete peace of mind about him delivering my vehicle to the dealership.

I had to leave me car in a rather sketchy location and asked he call me when he got to the car so I could unlock it from my phone.
