We were closing up shop, when the lock to my storefront failed. It was already after hours on a Saturday, when we contacted Steve. He showed up within the quoted ETA, about an hour after the initial call. Was very personable and knowledgeable and educated us on the type of lock we had and what causes the issues. About a hour and half later, the locks to my shop were fixed and secured. The repair bill was more than fair, highly recommended from a local business owner.

Was very personable and knowledgeable and educated us on the type of lock we had and what causes the issues.
I appreciated the fast response time and that Steve helped me get my truck unlocked and a new key cut and coded in about 30 minutes.
Got the mailbox open at our new house so we could replace the lock.
He gave me a flat rate and how soon he would arrive at the destination (which was 3am) .
When you think about it, we were 30 minutes north of Vancouver and it was in the wee hours of Easter Sunday.
Steve quoted me over the phone and came out 10mins earlier than he said he would be there by.
He identified which keys worked, made extra, as well as identified possible problems with the garage door opener.
Steve is the man
He was the only one I called where I did not have to go through a dispatch service to get to the technician.
Steve was kind and extremely helpful today when I called him about my key fob that isnt working.
