THEIR BULLYING TACTICS AND REFUSAL TO NEGOTIATE WHEN WE ADVOCATE FOR ALL OF THE PROCEDURES, AND QUALITY PARTS THAT ARE NECESSARY FOR THE REPAIR OF YOUR VEHICLE, WILL NO LONGER BE TOLERATED.
