I used Platt's to mount, balance tires on my 2021 Telluride. I also had a wheel alignment done. They were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and communicative. I received an in-depth operational report on my vehicle which captured the services they provided in addition to a complimentary inspection they provided on my suspension and fluids. Most importantly, all work done through Platt's automatically gets uploaded to your carfax. Excellent business and highly recommended.
