Chris called me, explained what the problem was, installed a new water pump, thermostat and also inspect my entire vehicle.
Stan and Chris were able to fit us in last minute, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it pretty quickly and for a very fair price.
While not knowing what to expect, I was just praying that the end result would be under 2 thousand dollars.
Most car shops I drop my car off at 8am and am lucky to hear back before 5pm whereas Precision Autowerks had my car ready for pickup within 2 hours of dropping off!
They work fast and have reasonable prices
They’re problem solvers, they use high quality parts, they respect your car, they cater to the customer( including questions), and they are very knowledgeable about European automobiles
Not trying to sell work that doesn't need done or fast talking around customers.
They are so good I was willing to buy another German vehicle because I know they'll be there to service it!
Great guys here that do great work.
Our daughters car had something going on that no other repair shops could figure out and Stan and his team diagnosed immediately and now her 4-Runner runs like it should!
