Great service and fair prices

For what it is worth, while sitting in the office, they received a call from a young man who had been quoted $3,500 worth of work needing to be done (rack and pinion, and struts -- if I recall correctly) by another company in town.

I've only been here one time, but they absolutely fixed everything that was necessary and helped me pass my inspection.

The staff were extremely helpful and informative during this time of handling the car and how to proceed with the insurance process.

The team was the most professional I've encountered at a drive in oil change shop.

I drove up to Binghamton from Long Island and my car had an issue two blocks away from my hotel… luckily after a 4 1/2 hour drive I made it to the hotel parking lot which happened to be across the street from Ray’s.

I believe they care about their reputation and work with integrity and professionalism.

Friendly service, car had issues during the trip and they squeezed me in and got the job done.
