They always explain their services, and they have never recommended anything that's not necessary -- and will tell me if a particular service can wait till the next time I bring my car in.

They've also offered me honest advice that has resulted in loss of business for them - I've stopped by to buy new tires and complain about my minivan's horrible handling in bad weather but they advised me that my tires were actually fine and had months left in them before I truly needed to change them.
