Excellent Service
Todd got my car to the shop, had someone look it over to make sure I could drive home in it, and got me on the road again.
We have brought our vehicles here for everything from routine oil changes to tire repairs, fuel filters, air filters, coolant system repairs and other urgent matters!
If I ever have to come back to Rochester and need car repairs done I know where I will be going!!
I just had my car in for an unusual problem and not only were they were willing to take on the job but went above and beyond trying to engineer a fix to prevent the replacement of a very expensive part.
After meeting with Todd and having done business a few times with him that the shop.
Todd and the crew did a full inspection and told me what was actually wrong with it (it was a very easy to understand readout that was sent to my phone!
He has helped diagnose various issues and doesn’t overcharge or nickel and dime us.
Reasonable pricing, welcoming service, & a thorough job on explaining what has been done as well as what will need to be done!
