Scott Sherman Auto Care
I have a 2012 Subaru Impreza. I ditched the dealership a year or so ago as the wait times, service and costs had become a complete deterrent. I've since been into Scott Sherman a few times over (a couple oil changes, new tires, air filter, etc), and I have been incredibly impressed with the quality of service, honesty, and respect that the entire crew has always shown me. Don't go to your dealership! Support your friendly neighborhood shops, especially when they can save you a great deal of cash, and are far better from a service standpoint.

Sentiment Analysis
I've tried multiple auto shops around the Seattle area and these folks are the most honest ones I've found so far.
They are kind, they listen, they work fast, they are knowledgeable and they go above and beyond for me.
They spent a great deal of their time walking me through each option and allowing me to ask many questions about each to ensure I had a good understanding of all possible paths forward.
They were really nice and helped me immediately even though they were about to close.
Helped me diagnose a problem in no more than 10 minutes at no charge.
Definitely going to be bringing my car here for any car problems in the future.
My usual mechanic told me the car (2001 Land Cruiser) was done (because of age and mileage) and that they would install a new engine for $8800.
They get the job done right, right away.
They help me get my Subaru ready for vacation
The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, offered value based solutions and they even stayed late to get it done on a Saturday.
