They didn't try to tell me my transmission was gone like all the other shops I called before them.

They could have charged me for a rebuild but instead called and reported mounts instead and replaced them for a good price
However, when we dropped the car to them for the repair, they advised that her car did NOT need the transmission replacing at this time , they checked it over, advised a small job that was needed and offered to drop at a general repair shop across the road for me to get this job done.
They communicated clearly, charged a fair price, and delivered what they said they would when they said they would.
