Obviously doing something right when they are always packed with work but will take time out from what they are doing to answer questions.
They are not pushy in sales and great about communicating what is urgent and what can wait a little longer.
My 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee developed an Electrical Problem involving passenger side mirror, Windows, Doors, and Hatch stayed Locked, which Dealership Wouldn't Touch.
Tracy was nice enough to squeeze in and replace the steering box, and do a front end alignment.
Very pleased with service.
I have to say that Tracy and his employees treat me as part of the family and I know I can rest assured that when I go in with a problem they will take care of it as it was their own vehicle.
Tracy tracked down a low mileage transmission from a place out of town and had it installed pretty quickly.
I Definitely recommend anyone with vehicle troubles to go visit and will be the only place I will take my vehicle for any service I need in the future!
