Been going to Sean for almost 3 years and he did all work on my suv and I just sold it and the guy is very happy with it .

His schedule was full, but after giving me an appointment and quote, I was prepared to take the hit.
I don't know the man's name, but I believe it was the manager ,he was really nice and knowledgeable, the only thing I didn't like ,was when after changing the sensors a 2nd time, the truck popped a catalytic converter code, and tried to scare us, and say that we'd possibly need to change the whole exhaust system, and he looked up the most expensive one for that truck....
Thomas automotive is the only place I will take my cars.

One of Sean's employees Michael offered (if I picked up the part at BMW in Sacramento on Saturday morning) to come into and complete the repair on Saturday afternoon, when they are normally closed.
I even received a follow up call a few days later to make sure everything was going ok and that I was happy.
Sean was very nice, honest, professional and did the engine repair in a day.
