Today their intervention with towing company so I could retrieve my personal items from my car.
I took my 2007 Chevy Express 3500 to get an oil change also, to check my AC coolant level and the gentleman was very informative and detailed about that job as well as other projects.
As it turned out I was dismayed that since my front pads had been replaced the week before @ the KIA Dealership they didn’t bother to check the back pads as well, (@ KIA) They also didn’t bother to check my cabin filter or my engine filter either!
