I have going to Villa Automotive for 25 years.
I broke down and got towed to the shop and Ron was very helpful with trying to find availability for parts and even took me to my car to show me what the issue was.
I had an emergency (single mama with my teens and a dead battery stranded in a parking lot) and Villa was the only mechanic willing to help me.
Our vacation was almost ruined, as we came down the grade into San Luis Obispo, our 2003 Ford Expedition began having a problem.
I broke down on the 101 on my way to Santa Cruz and from my first contact with Villa, I felt like there was a light at the end of the tunnel.
