This involved a difficult problem, diagnosed and repaired to give me my old truck back in EXCELLENT working condition, for less than what they REALISTICALLY should have charged me!
This was the best mechanic experience I have ever had!
The mechanic did accidentally complete a repair (minor, for the passenger window) that I had turned down for the time being to save a little money short-term but Curt (the service writer on my repair) called me immediately and explained the mistake to let me know that the repair would not cause my bill to go up any, but would appear on the completed invoice.
They are the best - I literally will not be going anywhere else again!
They were extremely thorough with everything while supplying us with photo reviews of the work that was done.
So I feel I left in record time, paid a lot less than I was originally quoted, then left with a great relationship with a reputable trustworthy team of experts and a truck that is going to be safe for my new driver in the family.
