I gave 5 stars for the great customer service. I Just dropped my Volvo off @ Volvo Specialists. I was greeted by Brad. We spoke on the phone prior to me going to the shop. He provided some background information on the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. He appears to be quite knowledgeable with regards to Volvos, this is his specialty. I also met Lorisa and their enormous Saint Bernard (can't remember her name). I found them all to be very pleasant and easy listeners. I love my Volvo, she (Lucy) is a 2008 XC90 and has been very dependable and reliable. Lately, she 's had a few service lights on the dash.
