Exemplary Service! My transmission on my Dodge Journey went, right before I left for a trip. After consulting my warranty company, they suggested Continental, so I had the car towed there, and all I did was say "Hey, a Dodge Journey is going to show up at your place with transmission problems." I then left for the Adirondacks in a rental and was out of touch, during which time Continental's mechanics contacted my warranty company, talked them out of a used transmission, and bargained with them to cover a complete rebuild. When I emerged from the mountains and called, I was essentially told, "your car is ready, and everything was covered." What a relief, and what professionalism. I would recommend these guys 110%...
