I need to address the phone calls. As the owner/operator of this business I'm not always able to answer the phone. Although, I do try to answer as many calls as possible. Combined that with the high number of robo-calls, cold calls, and scammers I get calls from it can be hard to get to all of the real potential clients interested in detailing services. The easiest way to schedule an appointment is book online on my website. Most appointments can be accepted without issue and some I will reach back out to offer alternative dates or request clarification if need be. Other than that if you call and can't get a hold of me please send me a text. This will set you apart from all of the spam calls and I will reach back out to you as soon as I'm able. I want to be as available to potential clients as much as reasonably possible. However, with all the cold calls and spammers I may be forced to implement a call screening menu. I know this is not something most people will not want to engage with and would much prefer to speak to me directly. Unfortunately, even Google's spam blocking and call screening features is proving inadequate. Also, please be advised same day appointments will rarely ever be available.
