How do I get a claim number?

This depends on the amount of work needed on your vehicle. At Body Builders Automotive, we will be give you a complete estimate of how long it will require to complete the repairs to your vehicle. During the entire repair process, we work closely with all of our customers to keep them in the loop, so that they know when the work will be completed

Can I get a ride home when I drop off my vehicle?

Yes, at Body Builders Automotive, we provide complimentary pickup and drop-off service to anywhere locally. It is very important to us that each customer has a positive visit and convenience is a huge part of the entire customer experience that we strive to provide.

Do I always have to pay a deductible?

The amount of your deductible is always determined by your insurance policy, so always check your policy or call your agent. They can tell you how much your deductible is; whether your insurance company will waive your deductible or whether or not it will be your responsibility to pay the deductible when you pick up your vehicle.
