We had a vehicle come into Tuffy Tire & Auto Repair in Appleton, Wisconsin a couple of years ago. It was a Ford F150 with the big V-8 engine. It was flashing the Check Engine Lite, which typically means a serious misfire is causing the lite to flash on the vehicle. We got it into the shop and started our inspection and testing procedure. We found a misfire on one of the cylinders, but this vehicle we could hear a little hissing sound every few seconds. With our experience we where pretty sure that one of the spark plugs was busted in side the cylinder head. Tuffy Tire & Auto Repair has the special tools which are available to us that allows us to fix these vehicle break downs.
