First off, this place used to be OK Tire (owned by Bob). Sometimes when businesses change hands, the quality suffers, but when we brought my husband's SUV to Art, the new owner of Bidwell Automotive, his service did not disappoint! It is clear that Bob translated customer service expectations and the importance of customer trust. We will continue to bring our cars here for service! Art was up-front with the fact that the business was changing hands, clear with his estimate and timely with his diagnostic and repair. Highly recommend!

Always great service at competitive prices
Even though I've changed jobs and it's 30 minutes away from my home I will always bring my car to bidwell automotive.
I went to them for an appointment that they diagnosed for me immediately, and just charged for parts because they said it was too easy to charge for labor.
They accomplished the job on time and Art is an easy going guy and show his patient to clients.
This shop nailed what was wrong and said I should take it back to whomever installed the part.
Friendly and honest staff, along with good prices make this a go-to auto repair shop for me!
Please come here, don't give your business to the alternatives as there are few and far between that are as deserving.
I had my brakes repaired last August by Bidwell Automotive and came back for a different problem, but it still affected my brakes.
