Was called by Sierra, the cheery voice in the office, when the repair was complete, and on driving my car after, found that the transmission shifted through the gears so smoothly, that it wasn’t long before all my built up apprehension, about the dreaded “transmission repair/rebuild/re-manufacture” melted away!
They were able to keep me updated threw out the process and addressed any issues that came up.
