I made the appointment and again he discussed their findings after doing the diagnostic and then provided options.
I have had my car repairs here for many years and the owner is always very knowledgeable, very professional, and honest.
He did a pre-purchase inspection on a BMW I was interested in purchasing for my mom; josh thoroughly checked over the car making me feel comfortable to make the purchase.
Also, I needed a new invoice for work previously performed and Josh went out of his way to make sure I received the documents I needed.
Josh was upfront about the cost and walked me through exactly what the PPI would entail.
He fit in a last-minute, at-a-distance pre-purchase inspection for me, stayed in constant contact through the entire process, and even answered some additional questions I had the next day.
They got me in the same day, did my brakes, calipers, rotors and an assembly kit!
