Redl's Towing
I called AAA when my car wouldn't start and I couldn't get it to jump. It was completely dead. A guy came out from Redl's and immediately got it up and running. There's a special way to jump hybrid vehicles that I wasn't aware of. He wasn't mean to me at all in fact he patiently taught me how to do it if it ever happens again! I wish more people would have that kind of patience. It was a cold morning so he must've been busy, I'm sorry to have wasted any of his time and I appreciate all his help!

That's an admittedly low bar, but everyone (I scheduled the pickup with Eric, and Greg towed the car) was very friendly and helpful.
Literally the fastest service I’ve ever received from a tow company.
But went to Redl'stwo days later to retrieve two power tools & back pack from vehicle .
Driver was great, response time was on point
Greg was very professional, courteous, respectful.
He even helped me to find a better place to get a replacement battery than where I was going to go and came in with me to ensure I was going to be ok there.
They tried to claim that it arrived damaged, but I called the driver and he had the office send me the pictures to prove that the car was pristine when it arrived.
I'd like to take a moment to praise Matt, the two truck driver who bailed me out of a jam off of Route 9 on South Road, and towed my vehicle to the mechanic.
I called because the text from my insurance said it could be up to 90 minutes; they were at my location in less than 10 (I was close to their shop, which helped).
Took them 5 mins to get to me and changed tire very quickly.
