Redl's Towing
I called AAA when my car wouldn't start and I couldn't get it to jump. It was completely dead. A guy came out from Redl's and immediately got it up and running. There's a special way to jump hybrid vehicles that I wasn't aware of. He wasn't mean to me at all in fact he patiently taught me how to do it if it ever happens again! I wish more people would have that kind of patience. It was a cold morning so he must've been busy, I'm sorry to have wasted any of his time and I appreciate all his help!

A friend of mine who runs an auto shop recommended me Redls Towing, had an emergency issue with one shop not being able to work on my transmission, so I called explaining my situation and the girl on the phone told me they were busy, but they could work me in, not only did they work me in but came much earlier than expected, overall the nice girl on the phone was easy to talk to and the guy who was towing was also very nice
I was given a two hour wait time… after two hours, my insurance company called me to let me know the tow company tried to call me and confirm the tow… no one ever called me.
Second time locking my keys in my car in Poughkeepsie, and another great experience with Redl’s.
They arrived really quickly and the driver was super helpful and nice.
The right lane and at the moment I am passing main st(wappingers) on my right, the car on my left(not watching it's blindside) makes a right turn into me trying to exit onto main down the wrong way(because he missed his exit?)
