They saved my night.
It was easy to communicate my problem and location to Trina; and Roy who pulled my SUV up a snowy slippery incline to a flat surface knew enough geometry, physics and auto performance to know how to avoid hitting the pine trees while being winched and straightened out.
His name is Roy and I was so incredibly grateful for him staying with me to get me out he got my car out the first time then it got stuck again he stopped came back and hooked it back up and got me out again and waited for me to make sure I was gonna make it so thankful for this man’s help !!!!
They helped one of our employees get their car out of a snow bank in a driveway.
