JR’s Garage is looking for an experienced mechanic that is self-motivated, has a positive “can do” attitude and can work in a fast-paced environment. Our company performs work on all types of vehicles including Class A and diesel vehicles. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience, a NYS Inspector’s license, a clean NYS Driver’s license and their own tools. Applicants will also need to pass a background check and a drug test. ASE Certification and a CDL class driver’s license is preferred but not required and salary depends on experience. Duties include, but are not limited to, assessing customer concerns in a thorough manner, recommending necessary repairs, ordering parts from various vendors and making necessary repairs. Applicants must be honest, trustworthy, have good communication and listening skills, be able to take direction and work well with others.
