We want to publically apologize to all of our automotive customers whom we have had to push appointments due to weather or due to our long nights. As many of you know, we have opened our services up to 24 hour roadside assistance for heavy equipment and over the road trucks/trailers. We are experiencing higher than normal calls late nights which makes getting to our scheduled appointments a bit tricky with no sleep. At this time, we are only rescheduling any missed automotive appointments on a floating time frame, on Wednesdays only. We wouldn’t be where we are today without all of you and we are so appreciative of all of you! Going forward we are only booking automotive appointments one day a week, on a floating basis. There will be no set time other than sometime between 10am to 5pm. Thank you all for your continued support. We hope to continue to offer the best service we can for all of you and keep your vehicles on the road safely.
