Should I choose the Regular Oil change or the Synthetic Blend?
Both will service most cars needs. The only difference is the amount of time between them. Regular oil changes are generally 3 months or every 3000 miles & the Synthetic Blend is about 6 months or every 5000 miles.
What does a Maryland State Inspection check?
Maryland has a very strict inspection process which involves dozens of checks from brakes, tires, front end, lights, windshield, Basically, it covers the safety of the car. MSI does not look at the transmission.
What are your payment options?
We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Am. Express, personal checks, and cash. We also offer a 90 days same as cash credit for those who would like to pay off their bill in a few payments.
How long does it take?
Generally, we like to have your car back to you the same day of service, it is best to drop your car off in the morning and pick it up in the evening. You are welcome to come in and wait in our waiting area. We have comfortable massage chairs, free coffee and High Speed Internet.
Do you use quality parts?
Yes, we like to use name brand parts such as AC Delco, Federated, as well as Jasper Engines and Transmissions. These suppliers have built their business on quality & the best warrantees, but we do have other options to work within everyone price range.
