This depends on the severity of your claim, approvals from the insurance company, parts needed, and parts ordering time. We try to give you a realistic delivery date but we cannot always guarantee the delivery date; though we will give you an update during the repair process.
What type of parts will you use on my vehicle repair?
We are required to follow your insurance company guidelines for the type of part your vehicle will need; we will not install a part that does not meet the quality standards of York Collision Center.
How long should I wait to wash my car after its painted?
You may wash your vehicle at any time after it is painted; however, do not use harsh abrasives, hard brushes, or any such hard brush car wash facility or process for at least 30 days after the repair.
