We’re hiring – if you haven’t seen these signs around town then you must have been hiding under a rock. Every where you go there are signs in windows, banners, or billboards. It appears every industry is hiring in some capacity and working on limited staff. It begs the question, “where are the workers”? Well, no one seems to know, and it doesn’t seem to be getting better. We’ve had a huge influx of people to the area, but few of them seem to be going into the workforce. As with most places with limited staff, we have now switched to appointment only.
